No. Bravopoint is an independent digital item store and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected with Valve Corporation, Steam, Counter-Strike 2, Dota 2, Facepunch Studios, or Rust.
All game names, trademarks, Digital Items, and related intellectual property belong to their respective owners.
Yes. To ensure security and manage your balance, you must create a Bravopoint account and verify your email address before you can add funds or purchase items.
No. Bravopoint is solely a retail store for purchasing digital items. Users cannot list their own items for sale, sell items to us, or trade items with other users on the platform.
Bravo Credits (BC) are our internal virtual platform credits. Instead of processing a separate bank charge for every single skin, you top up your account balance with BC and use them to instantly purchase items. For internal pricing purposes, 1 BC corresponds to EUR 1.
Items are delivered directly to your Steam account via a Steam Trade Offer. When placing an order, you will be prompted to provide your unique Steam Trade Link.
You can find your Steam Trade Link inside your Steam application or via the Steam website by navigating to your Inventory > Trade Offers > "Who can send me Trade Offers?".
Generally, your inventory can remain private. However, your Steam privacy settings for "Inventory" and "Who can send me Trade Offers?" must be configured correctly so that third parties can send you offers via your Trade Link. Occasionally, our system may require you to temporarily set your inventory to Public for specific technical or verification purposes.
Do not accept the Trade Offer. Decline or ignore the offer and contact our customer support immediately. If you accidentally accept an incorrect item, do not use, transfer, modify, or resell the item, and reach out to us right away so we can arrange a return and correct the delivery.
Steam regularly schedules network maintenance (usually on Tuesdays) and occasionally experiences unexpected downtime. If Steam is down, our Supplier’s system will pause and automatically attempt to send your Trade Offer once the Steam network is back online. Your order remains safe during these outages.
If you wish to close your account, you can do so by contacting our customer support team at helpme@bravopoint.gg. Please note that simply closing your account does not automatically make any unused Bravo Credits (BC) redeemable for cash. We recommend using your remaining BC before requesting account closure.
