1. Introduction
This Payment & Delivery policy explains how payments, Balance top-ups, Bravo Credits (BC), Orders, and delivery of Digital Items are handled through Bravopoint (the “Website” or “Platform”).
The Platform is operated by Exterian LTD (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
Bravopoint allows registered users to acquire internal Platform credits called Bravo Credits (BC) and use them to purchase digital in-game cosmetic items for Counter-Strike 2, Dota 2, and Rust (“Digital Items”).
This policy forms part of our Terms & Conditions and should be read together with our Refund Info and Privacy Policy.
2. Payment System
Bravopoint uses a Balance-based payment system.
To purchase a Digital Item, you must:
-
create and verify an Account;
-
complete a Top-up using an accepted Payment Method;
-
receive BC in your Balance;
-
select a Digital Item;
-
provide a valid Steam Trade Link; and
-
confirm the Order using BC.
Payment cards are used to acquire BC. Digital Items cannot be purchased directly using a card without first acquiring sufficient BC.
A Top-up and an Order are separate transactions:
-
a Top-up is a card payment made to acquire BC; and
-
an Order is a purchase of a Digital Item using BC.
3. Accepted Payment Methods
We accept eligible:
-
Visa cards; and
-
Mastercard cards.
Payments are processed through third-party Payment Processors.
The availability of a Payment Method may depend on:
-
your country;
-
card issuer;
-
payment currency;
-
Account status;
-
transaction amount;
-
Payment Processor rules; and
-
fraud or compliance checks.
We may add, restrict, or remove Payment Methods where reasonably necessary.
4. Supported Currencies
Top-ups may be paid in:
-
EUR;
-
USD;
-
GBP.
The available payment currencies will be displayed before you confirm the Top-up.
Your bank or card issuer may convert the payment into another currency if your card account is held in a different currency.
5. Bravo Credits
5.1 Nature of BC
BC are internal Bravopoint credits used solely to purchase Digital Items through the Platform.
BC:
-
are recorded in your Balance;
-
cannot be transferred between users;
-
cannot be sold, gifted, or exchanged outside the Platform;
-
do not expire solely because of the passage of time;
-
cannot normally be withdrawn or redeemed for cash; and
-
have no use outside Bravopoint.
Further rules concerning BC are set out in our Terms & Conditions.
5.2 Internal Conversion Rate
BC are denominated internally by reference to the euro.
Unless expressly stated otherwise:
1 BC corresponds to EUR 1 for internal Platform pricing purposes.
For example:
-
a EUR 10 Top-up provides 10 BC; and
-
a payment in USD or GBP provides the quantity of BC corresponding to the displayed EUR-equivalent amount.
If 10 BC costs USD 11.45 at the applicable rate, the Platform will display:
-
the payment amount of USD 11.45; and
-
the amount of 10 BC to be credited.
The exact payment amount and quantity of BC will be shown before payment confirmation.
The internal rate does not give you a right to exchange 1 BC for EUR 1 in cash.
5.3 Crediting BC
BC are credited to your Balance after:
-
the payment has been successfully authorised and confirmed;
-
the Payment Processor has accepted the transaction; and
-
any required security or fraud checks have been completed.
A pending card authorisation or payment notification does not necessarily mean that the Top-up has been completed.
BC may be delayed while a payment or Account is being reviewed.
6. Prices, Fees, and Taxes
Digital Item prices are displayed in BC.
Before you confirm a Top-up, the Platform will display the total amount charged by us, including any applicable:
-
payment processing fees;
-
service or transaction charges;
-
currency conversion amounts;
-
VAT; and
-
other applicable taxes.
A fee will not be charged by us unless it is disclosed before payment confirmation.
Your bank, card issuer, card network, or Payment Processor may independently apply:
-
foreign exchange charges;
-
international transaction fees;
-
card processing charges; or
-
other banking fees.
Charges imposed independently by your financial institution are outside our control.
7. Payment Authorisation
By confirming a Top-up, you authorise the charging of the full amount displayed on the payment page.
You confirm that:
-
the Payment Method is valid;
-
you are authorised to use it;
-
the payment information is accurate;
-
the payment is made for your own Account; and
-
the transaction is not connected with fraud or unlawful activity.
You must not use:
-
a stolen card;
-
an unauthorised Payment Method;
-
payment information obtained unlawfully; or
-
another person’s Payment Method without their permission.
8. Payment Processing
Card transactions are processed by third-party Payment Processors.
A payment may be:
-
authorised;
-
declined;
-
delayed;
-
held for verification;
-
cancelled; or
-
reversed.
A payment may be declined or delayed due to:
-
insufficient funds;
-
incorrect payment information;
-
card issuer restrictions;
-
authentication failure;
-
regional restrictions;
-
transaction limits;
-
technical problems;
-
fraud indicators;
-
sanctions or compliance checks; or
-
decisions made by the Payment Processor or card issuer.
We do not control the processing times or independent decisions of banks, card issuers, card networks, or Payment Processors.
9. Payment and Fraud Checks
We may conduct automated or manual reviews before or after accepting a Top-up or Order.
We may request information reasonably necessary to verify:
-
your identity;
-
age;
-
address;
-
payment authority;
-
transaction ownership;
-
Account activity;
-
location; or
-
ability to receive a Steam Trade Offer.
During a review, we may:
-
delay the Top-up;
-
temporarily restrict the credited BC;
-
delay or suspend an Order;
-
request additional information;
-
decline the transaction; or
-
return the payment where appropriate.
We may reject or cancel a transaction where we reasonably suspect:
-
fraud;
-
use of an unauthorised Payment Method;
-
multiple Account abuse;
-
chargeback abuse;
-
sanctions exposure;
-
Account compromise;
-
false information; or
-
other unlawful or prohibited activity.
10. Failed, Pending, and Duplicate Payments
10.1 Failed Payments
If a payment fails or is declined, BC will not be credited.
You may try another accepted Payment Method, provided that doing so does not violate payment restrictions or our Terms.
10.2 Pending Payments
A pending payment may remain under review by the Payment Processor, bank, or card issuer.
BC will normally be credited only after the payment has been confirmed.
Please do not repeatedly submit the same payment while an earlier transaction remains pending, as this may result in duplicate charges.
10.3 Duplicate or Incorrect Charges
If you believe that you were charged:
-
more than once;
-
an incorrect amount; or
-
without receiving the corresponding BC,
contact Customer support and provide the relevant transaction information.
Confirmed duplicate or incorrect charges will be handled in accordance with our Refund Info.
11. Balance Records and Corrections
Your Account displays your current BC Balance and relevant transaction history.
We may correct your Balance where BC were:
-
credited because of a technical or administrative error;
-
credited more than once;
-
acquired through a failed, reversed, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment;
-
returned more than once;
-
affected by an incorrect exchange-rate calculation; or
-
obtained through a violation of our Terms.
You are not entitled to retain BC that were credited incorrectly or without valid payment.
We may temporarily restrict affected BC while reviewing a Balance discrepancy.
12. Digital Item Availability
Digital Items displayed through Bravopoint are supplied through our third-party Supplier.
Availability may change due to:
-
Supplier inventory changes;
-
completed or pending Steam trades;
-
technical delays;
-
Steam restrictions;
-
listing errors;
-
changes in external availability; or
-
other operational factors.
Displaying a Digital Item on the Platform does not guarantee that it will remain available until an Order is accepted.
If a Digital Item becomes unavailable after BC have been deducted, we may:
-
cancel the Order and return the BC;
-
attempt to source the same item;
-
offer a suitable alternative, which you are not required to accept; or
-
provide another remedy required by applicable law.
13. Order Confirmation
To submit an Order, you must:
-
have sufficient BC in your Balance;
-
select the relevant Digital Item;
-
review the item information and BC price;
-
provide a valid Steam Trade Link;
-
provide any required consent relating to immediate digital delivery; and
-
confirm the Order.
After submission, we may send an automated acknowledgement. This acknowledgement confirms receipt but does not necessarily mean that the Order has been accepted.
An Order is accepted when we:
-
expressly confirm acceptance;
-
initiate the relevant Steam Trade Offer; or
-
otherwise begin fulfilment,
whichever occurs first.
14. Steam Trade Link
You must provide a valid and current Steam Trade Link before placing an Order.
You are responsible for ensuring that:
-
the Trade Link belongs to the intended Steam Account;
-
it has been entered correctly;
-
it remains valid during delivery;
-
the Steam Account can receive trade offers;
-
you have access to the Steam Account; and
-
you can complete any required Steam confirmations.
A public Steam inventory is not normally required unless we request it for a specific technical or verification purpose.
We are not responsible for delivery to an unintended Steam Account where you provided an incorrect Steam Trade Link.
15. Steam Account Requirements
You are responsible for ensuring that your Steam Account is eligible to receive Digital Items.
Your Steam Account must not be affected by a restriction that prevents delivery, including:
-
a trade ban;
-
a trade hold;
-
a cooldown;
-
an Account lock;
-
incomplete Steam security requirements;
-
unavailable trade confirmations; or
-
another restriction imposed by Steam.
You should check your Steam Account status before submitting an Order.
A Steam restriction may delay or prevent delivery and does not, by itself, constitute a failure by Bravopoint.
16. Delivery Method
Digital Items are delivered through a Steam Trade Offer.
The offer may be sent from:
-
a Steam Account operated by our Supplier; or
-
another authorised fulfilment account used for the Order.
You must carefully review the Steam Trade Offer before accepting it, including:
-
the Digital Item;
-
the item characteristics;
-
the sending Steam Account; and
-
the contents of the offer.
Do not accept an offer that does not correspond to your Order. Contact Customer support if the offer appears incorrect or suspicious.
17. Start of Delivery
Delivery begins when the Company, Supplier, or authorised fulfilment system initiates the Steam Trade Offer for the relevant Digital Item.
The following actions do not necessarily mean delivery has begun:
-
confirming a card payment;
-
crediting BC;
-
submitting an Order;
-
receiving an automated acknowledgement;
-
performing security checks; or
-
preparing the Digital Item for delivery.
Where required by applicable law, you may be asked before delivery begins to expressly consent to immediate digital supply and acknowledge that your right to cancel may be lost once supply begins.
18. Delivery Timeframe
Delivery is normally initiated as soon as reasonably practicable after:
-
the Order has been accepted;
-
sufficient BC have been deducted;
-
the Digital Item has been confirmed as available;
-
your Steam Trade Link has been provided; and
-
applicable security and compliance checks have been completed.
Delivery may take up to 14 calendar days from Order acceptance.
The 14-day period is a maximum standard timeframe and does not mean that every Order will require 14 days.
19. Completion of Delivery
Delivery is considered completed when:
-
you accept the correct Steam Trade Offer; and
-
Steam records the transfer as completed.
Delivery remains subject to any applicable Steam hold, Trade Protection, restriction, or reversal mechanism.
After delivery is completed, you are responsible for:
-
the security of your Steam Account;
-
the Digital Item;
-
any subsequent transfer, use, sale, or exchange of the item; and
-
compliance with Steam and game publisher rules.
20. Accepting a Steam Trade Offer
You must accept the Steam Trade Offer within:
-
the period displayed on the Platform;
-
the period stated in the delivery instructions; or
-
a reasonable period before the offer expires or is cancelled, where no specific period is stated.
If you do not accept the offer, we may:
-
cancel and resend it;
-
ask you to confirm or update the Steam Trade Link;
-
keep the Order pending;
-
cancel the Order and return the relevant BC; or
-
take another reasonable step to resolve the delivery.
If you reject a correct Steam Trade Offer without a valid reason, we may require you to contact Customer support before delivery is attempted again.
21. Delivery Delays
Delivery may be delayed by:
-
Steam downtime or maintenance;
-
Steam trade holds, bans, cooldowns, or security restrictions;
-
Steam Guard or authentication requirements;
-
Steam Trade Protection;
-
Supplier inventory changes;
-
payment or fraud reviews;
-
incorrect Account or Steam information;
-
unusually high demand;
-
technical or network failures;
-
security incidents;
-
sanctions or compliance reviews;
-
force majeure events; or
-
other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We will use reasonable efforts to complete delivery when the relevant issue has been resolved.
22. Delivery Not Completed Within 14 Days
If delivery cannot be completed within 14 calendar days after Order acceptance, you may contact Customer support and request:
-
that the Order remain pending; or
-
cancellation of the affected Order and return of the BC paid for it.
If delivery becomes permanently impossible, we may automatically:
-
cancel the Order; and
-
return the relevant BC to your Balance.
A card refund will not normally be issued for an undelivered Order because the Order was paid for using BC.
Any refund relating to the original Top-up is handled separately under our Refund Info.
23. Incorrect Delivery
If you receive a Steam Trade Offer containing:
-
the wrong Digital Item;
-
an incorrect item variation;
-
an item materially different from the Order description; or
-
an incorrect quantity,
do not accept the offer and contact Customer support.
If you accept an incorrect item before noticing the issue, you must:
-
contact Customer support promptly;
-
avoid transferring, using, exchanging, or reselling the affected item; and
-
reasonably cooperate with any return or replacement process.
Depending on the circumstances, we may:
-
cancel the incorrect offer;
-
send the correct item;
-
arrange the return of an incorrectly delivered item;
-
return the relevant BC; or
-
provide another remedy required by applicable law.
24. Steam Trade Reversals
Steam may reverse, cancel, or otherwise undo certain completed trades through its own protection systems.
If a completed transfer is reversed, we may review:
-
the Steam transaction;
-
the relevant Order;
-
Account activity;
-
Supplier records;
-
the reason for the reversal; and
-
relevant fraud or security information.
Once the reversal is confirmed, the BC paid for the affected Digital Item will be automatically returned to your Balance.
You are not entitled to retain both:
-
the Digital Item or a restored equivalent; and
-
the corresponding BC returned after the reversal.
A card refund will not normally be issued for a Steam trade reversal because the affected Order was paid for using BC.
We may temporarily restrict the affected Account, Balance, or pending Orders while investigating suspected abuse, Account compromise, or duplicate compensation.
25. Cancellations and Refunds
Detailed cancellation and refund rules are available in our:
Refund Info: https://www.bravopoint.gg/en/refund-info
In general:
-
an Order may be cancelled before delivery begins;
-
an approved Order refund is normally returned in BC;
-
a Top-up refund, where available, is normally returned to the original Payment Method;
-
correctly delivered and accepted Digital Items are generally non-refundable;
-
duplicate or incorrect card charges may be refunded to the original Payment Method; and
-
mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
26. Chargebacks and Payment Reversals
Where reasonable, contact Customer support before initiating a chargeback so that we have an opportunity to investigate the issue.
Nothing in this policy prevents you from contacting your bank, card issuer, regulator, consumer authority, or court.
If a Top-up is disputed, reversed, or charged back, we may:
-
temporarily restrict your Account;
-
restrict the affected BC;
-
suspend pending Orders;
-
provide transaction and delivery evidence to the Payment Processor or card issuer;
-
remove BC connected with the reversed payment; and
-
investigate suspected fraud or abuse.
If the affected BC have already been spent, your Balance may become negative or the corresponding amount may become payable, subject to applicable law.
27. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
-
providing accurate registration and billing information;
-
using an authorised Payment Method;
-
reviewing the payment amount before confirmation;
-
checking the quantity of BC to be credited;
-
maintaining sufficient BC for an Order;
-
selecting the correct Digital Item;
-
providing the correct Steam Trade Link;
-
maintaining a Steam Account capable of receiving trades;
-
reviewing Steam Trade Offers before accepting them;
-
completing required Steam confirmations; and
-
contacting Customer support promptly if a payment or delivery issue occurs.
We are not responsible for a delay or loss caused by inaccurate information or a Steam restriction for which you are responsible, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
28. Third-Party Systems
Payments and delivery depend on third-party systems, including:
-
Payment Processors;
-
banks;
-
card networks;
-
card issuers;
-
Steam;
-
game publishers;
-
our Supplier; and
-
technical infrastructure providers.
These third parties may apply their own:
-
processing times;
-
transaction restrictions;
-
security requirements;
-
payment rules;
-
trade rules;
-
maintenance periods; and
-
service limitations.
We do not control their independent decisions or guarantee continuous availability of their systems.
29. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Payment & Delivery policy to reflect changes to:
-
Payment Methods;
-
supported currencies;
-
BC functionality;
-
fees or taxes;
-
delivery procedures;
-
Steam functionality;
-
our Supplier or Payment Processors;
-
security and fraud-prevention procedures; or
-
applicable law.
The updated version will display a revised “Last Updated” date.
Changes will not reduce any payment or delivery right that arose before the updated version took effect where doing so would be unlawful.
