Terms & Conditions

Last Updated: 14.07.2026

1. Introduction

Welcome to Bravopoint (the “Website” or “Platform”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Platform and the services made available through it, including Account registration, Balance top-ups, the acquisition and use of Bravo Credits, the submission of Orders, and the purchase and delivery of digital in-game cosmetic items.

The Platform is owned and operated by EXTERIAN LTD, a company registered in United Kingdom under company number 17272464, with its registered address at 27 Old Gloucester Street, London, WC1N 3AX, United Kingdom (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By accessing the Platform, creating an Account, adding funds, acquiring or using BC, submitting an Order, or otherwise using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and the policies referenced in them.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

3. Nature of the Platform

Bravopoint is an online store through which users may purchase Digital Items for Counter-Strike 2, Dota 2, and Rust.

Digital Items displayed on the Platform are supplied through our Supplier under a commercial supply arrangement. The relevant items may be held in Steam inventories operated by the Supplier or its authorised fulfilment infrastructure.

The Company remains the seller and contracting party in relation to purchases made through Bravopoint. The Supplier assists the Company with sourcing and delivering Digital Items but does not accept BC from users and does not enter into a separate sales contract with users.

Users cannot:

  • list or offer their own Digital Items through the Platform;

  • sell Digital Items to the Company or other users;

  • exchange Digital Items with other users through the Platform; or

  • receive payments from other users through the Platform.

The Platform only offers digital products. No physical goods are sold or delivered.

4. No Affiliation with Game Publishers

Bravopoint is an independent digital item store and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected with:

  • Valve Corporation;

  • Steam;

  • Counter-Strike 2;

  • Dota 2;

  • Facepunch Studios;

  • Rust; or

  • any of their respective owners, developers, publishers, subsidiaries, or affiliates.

All game names, logos, trademarks, Digital Items, visual assets, and other game-related intellectual property belong to their respective owners. The use of third-party names and trademarks on the Platform is solely for identification and descriptive purposes.

5. Eligibility

You may use the Platform only if:

  • you are at least 18 years old;

  • you have reached the legal age required to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction;

  • you have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms;

  • your use of the Platform is lawful in your country or territory;

  • you are not subject to applicable sanctions or trade restrictions; and

  • you are not prohibited from receiving the services by Steam, a Payment Processor, our Supplier, or applicable law.

Where the legal age for entering into a binding contract in your jurisdiction is higher than 18, the higher age requirement applies.

By creating an Account or using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you satisfy all eligibility requirements. We may request information or documentation reasonably necessary to verify your age, identity, location, payment authority, or eligibility.

6. Geographic and Legal Restrictions

The Platform is not available where its operation or use would violate:

  • applicable sanctions;

  • export controls;

  • anti-money laundering requirements;

  • payment restrictions;

  • consumer protection requirements;

  • local licensing requirements; or

  • other applicable laws or regulatory obligations.

We may restrict or discontinue access from any country or territory where:

  • required by law or a competent authority;

  • required by a Payment Processor or banking partner;

  • required under our arrangements with the Supplier;

  • Steam trading functionality is unavailable or materially restricted; or

  • providing the services would create an unreasonable legal, security, or operational risk.

You must not use a VPN, proxy, false address, false identity, or other method to bypass geographic or legal restrictions.

7. Account Registration

7.1 Account Requirement

You must create and maintain an Account before you can add funds, acquire BC, or submit an Order.

7.2 Registration Information

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information, including:

  • first name;

  • last name;

  • email address;

  • telephone number;

  • country of residence;

  • physical address; and

  • password.

We may request additional information where reasonably necessary for payment processing, fraud prevention, security, compliance, or customer support.

7.3 Email Verification

You must verify your email address before using payment or purchasing functionality.

We may require additional verification if we identify unusual activity, inconsistent Account information, suspected fraud, or a heightened security risk.

7.4 Accuracy of Information

You must keep your Account information accurate and current. We are not responsible for delays, failed communications, rejected payments, or failed deliveries resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information supplied by you.

7.5 One Account per User

Unless we expressly authorise otherwise in writing, each person may create and operate only one Account.

Creating or controlling multiple Accounts to bypass restrictions, obtain repeated promotions, conceal activity, manipulate payments, or abuse the Platform is prohibited.

7.6 Account Transfer

Accounts, Balance, BC, purchase history, and rights under an Account are personal to the registered user.

You may not sell, assign, rent, share, transfer, or otherwise provide control of your Account to another person.

8. Account Security

You are responsible for:

  • maintaining the confidentiality of your password;

  • securing the email account connected to your Account;

  • preventing unauthorised access to your device and Account;

  • reviewing Account activity;

  • using accurate Steam and payment information; and

  • promptly notifying us of suspected unauthorised access.

You are responsible for activity conducted through your Account unless the activity results directly from a security failure for which the Company is legally responsible.

If you believe your Account has been compromised, contact helpme@bravopoint.gg immediately. We may temporarily restrict the Account, Balance, Orders, or payment functionality while investigating a suspected security incident.

9. Digital Item Listings

Digital Item listings may include:

  • the relevant game;

  • item name and image;

  • condition, exterior, or wear;

  • pattern or other item characteristics;

  • price in BC; and

  • estimated availability.

Images are provided for identification and illustration. Where a listing concerns a specific Digital Item, the item attributes shown in the listing or checkout confirmation will form part of the Order description.

You are responsible for reviewing the item description before submitting an Order.

Digital Item availability depends on the Supplier’s inventory and Steam functionality. Displaying an item on the Platform does not guarantee that it will remain available until the Order is accepted.

10. Orders and Contract Formation

To submit an Order, you must:

  • have sufficient BC in your Balance;

  • select the relevant Digital Item;

  • provide a valid Steam Trade Link;

  • review the item and price;

  • provide any required consent relating to immediate digital delivery; and

  • confirm the Order.

Submitting an Order constitutes an offer by you to purchase the selected Digital Item using BC. An automated acknowledgement that an Order has been received does not necessarily constitute acceptance.

The Order is accepted when we:

  • expressly confirm acceptance;

  • initiate the relevant Steam Trade Offer; or

  • otherwise begin fulfilment of the Order,

whichever occurs first.

We may reject or cancel an Order before acceptance where:

  • the Digital Item is unavailable;

  • the listing contains a material error;

  • the price is incorrect;

  • your Balance is insufficient;

  • payment connected with the relevant BC is reversed or disputed;

  • additional verification cannot be completed;

  • the Order appears fraudulent or abusive;

  • delivery is restricted by Steam;

  • the Order would violate these Terms or applicable law; or

  • fulfilment cannot reasonably be completed by the Company or Supplier.

Where an Order is cancelled after BC have been deducted but before delivery, the relevant BC will ordinarily be returned to your Balance.

11. Pricing

Digital Item prices are displayed in BC and may change before an Order is accepted due to:

  • availability or Supplier pricing;

  • game-related changes or market conditions;

  • exchange rates;

  • promotional adjustments;

  • technical updates; or

  • other commercial factors.

A price change made after an Order has been accepted will not ordinarily affect that accepted Order.

We may correct pricing, listing, technical, typographical, or data errors. If an incorrect price materially affected an Order, we may:

  • cancel the Order and return the BC;

  • offer the item at the correct price, subject to your approval; or

  • refund an overcharged amount where appropriate.

We are not required to complete an Order at a price that was clearly and materially incorrect, subject to mandatory consumer law.

12. Balance and Bravo Credits

12.1 Nature of BC

BC are internal Platform credits issued and administered by the Company. They may be used solely to purchase Digital Items offered by the Company through Bravopoint.

BC are accepted only by the Company. The Supplier does not accept BC as payment from users.

BC:

  • are not legal tender or cryptocurrency;

  • are not a bank deposit, financial investment, security, or other financial instrument;

  • do not accrue interest;

  • cannot be used to make payments to another user or third party;

  • cannot be withdrawn or exchanged for cash except where required by applicable law or expressly permitted under our Refund Info;

  • cannot be transferred between Accounts;

  • cannot be sold, assigned, gifted, or traded; and

  • have no use or value outside the Platform.

BC are intended to operate as closed-use Platform credits and are not intended to constitute electronic money or a regulated payment product.

Your Balance represents a contractual right to use the recorded BC in accordance with these Terms. It does not represent money held in a personal bank or payment account.

12.2 Internal Conversion Rate

BC are denominated internally by reference to the euro. Unless expressly stated otherwise:

1 BC corresponds to EUR 1 for internal Platform pricing purposes.

For example, a Top-up with a value of EUR 10 will result in 10 BC being credited to the Balance, excluding any separately disclosed fee.

Where payment is made in USD or GBP, the amount payable will be converted into the EUR-equivalent amount necessary to acquire the selected quantity of BC.

The applicable card currency amount, exchange rate or conversion result, and any applicable charges will be displayed before payment confirmation.

The internal reference rate does not give the user a right to redeem 1 BC for EUR 1.

12.3 Acquisition of BC

BC may be acquired only by completing a Top-up through an accepted Payment Method or through an adjustment, promotion, or refund expressly authorised by the Company.

Once a Top-up has been successfully processed and approved, the corresponding BC will be credited to your Balance.

A payment authorisation, pending payment, or payment acknowledgement does not guarantee that BC will be credited. We may wait for payment confirmation and completion of applicable security checks.

12.4 No Direct Item Purchase by Card

Payment cards are used to acquire BC. Digital Items cannot be purchased directly with Visa or Mastercard without first acquiring sufficient BC and using those BC to submit an Order.

A Top-up and an Order for a Digital Item are separate transactions.

12.5 No Expiration

BC do not expire solely because of the passage of time.

This does not prevent us from temporarily restricting a Balance during a legitimate security, fraud, payment, chargeback, legal, or compliance investigation.

The treatment of unused BC following Account closure or termination is governed by these Terms, our Refund Info, and mandatory applicable law.

12.6 Balance Corrections

We may correct a Balance where BC were:

  • credited due to a technical or administrative error;

  • credited more than once;

  • acquired through an unpaid, reversed, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment;

  • returned in connection with an Order while the user also retained or later recovered the relevant Digital Item;

  • affected by a calculation or exchange-rate error; or

  • obtained through a breach of these Terms.

Before making a material adverse correction, we may review the relevant transaction records and provide an explanation where reasonably appropriate.

You are not entitled to retain BC that were credited incorrectly or without valid payment.

13. Payments and Top-ups

13.1 Accepted Payment Methods

We accept eligible Visa and Mastercard payments through third-party Payment Processors. Availability may depend on your country, card issuer, currency, Account status, and the Payment Processor’s rules.

13.2 Supported Currencies

Top-ups may be paid in:

  • EUR;

  • USD;

  • GBP.

Additional currencies may be introduced or removed at our discretion.

13.3 Payment Authorisation

By confirming a Top-up, you authorise the charging of the full amount displayed before payment confirmation.

You confirm that:

  • you are authorised to use the Payment Method;

  • the payment information is accurate;

  • the payment is not connected with fraud or unlawful activity; and

  • the Top-up is made for your own Account.

You must not use a stolen or unauthorised card, a Payment Method belonging to another person without permission, or payment information obtained unlawfully.

13.4 Payment Processing

Card payments are processed by third-party Payment Processors.

A payment may be authorised, declined, delayed, held for verification, reversed, or cancelled by the card issuer, bank, Payment Processor, or Company.

We do not control the processing times or independent decisions of banks and card issuers.

13.5 Verification and Fraud Checks

We may conduct automated or manual checks before or after accepting a Top-up or Order.

We may request reasonable supporting information or documentation, including evidence relating to:

  • identity, age, or address;

  • payment authority or transaction ownership;

  • Account activity; or

  • Steam delivery eligibility.

We may delay, reject, or cancel a transaction where verification is incomplete or where fraud, abuse, sanctions exposure, Account compromise, or other unlawful activity is reasonably suspected.

14. Fees, Currency Conversion, and Taxes

Applicable payment processing fees, service charges, currency conversion amounts, transaction charges, or taxes, if any, will be displayed before you confirm the relevant Top-up. Fees are not charged unless disclosed before payment confirmation.

Exchange rates used for USD or GBP payments may be provided by the Company, Payment Processor, card network, or card issuer.

Your bank or card issuer may independently apply:

  • foreign exchange charges;

  • international transaction fees;

  • card processing fees; or

  • other banking charges.

Charges applied independently by your bank or card issuer are outside our control.

Prices may include or exclude VAT or similar taxes depending on your location, the Company’s tax obligations, the nature of the transaction, and applicable law.

The total amount charged by the Platform will be displayed before payment confirmation.

15. Steam Trade Link and Delivery Eligibility

You must provide a valid and current Steam Trade Link before submitting an Order.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that:

  • the Steam Trade Link belongs to the intended Steam Account and is entered correctly;

  • the Steam Account can receive trade offers;

  • the Steam Account is not subject to a trade ban, hold, cooldown, or other restriction that prevents or delays delivery;

  • all required Steam security confirmations can be completed;

  • the Steam Trade Offer is reviewed before acceptance; and

  • you have access to the Steam Account throughout the delivery process.

A public Steam inventory is not generally required unless the Platform expressly requests it for a particular verification or technical purpose.

We are not responsible for delivery to an unintended Steam Account where the delivery resulted from an incorrect Steam Trade Link supplied by you.

Failure to provide a valid Steam Trade Link or maintain a Steam Account capable of receiving trades may delay or prevent delivery and does not, by itself, constitute a failure by the Company.

16. Delivery of Digital Items

16.1 Delivery Method

Digital Items are delivered through a Steam Trade Offer sent from an account operated by the Supplier or through other authorised fulfilment infrastructure.

You should carefully review the contents of the Steam Trade Offer before accepting it.

16.2 Start of Delivery

Delivery begins when the Company, Supplier, or authorised fulfilment system initiates the Steam Trade Offer for the relevant Digital Item.

Payment confirmation, Order acknowledgement, security review, and preparation of an Order do not necessarily constitute the start of delivery unless a Steam Trade Offer has been initiated.

16.3 Delivery Timeframe

Delivery is normally initiated as soon as reasonably practicable after:

  • the Order is accepted;

  • sufficient BC have been deducted;

  • the Digital Item has been confirmed as available; and

  • applicable security and compliance checks have been completed.

Delivery may take up to 14 calendar days from Order acceptance.

This timeframe may be affected by Steam functionality, payment review, Supplier availability, security checks, trade restrictions, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

16.4 Completion of Delivery

Delivery is considered completed when:

  • you accept the relevant Steam Trade Offer; and

  • Steam records the transfer as completed,

subject to any applicable Steam Trade Protection or reversal mechanism.

Once delivery has been completed, you are responsible for the Digital Item and the security of your Steam Account.

16.5 Failure to Accept an Offer

You must accept the Steam Trade Offer within the period displayed on the Platform or stated in the relevant delivery instructions.

If no specific period is stated, you must accept the offer within a reasonable period before it expires or is cancelled.

If you fail to accept the offer, we may:

  • cancel and resend it;

  • request updated delivery information;

  • keep the Order pending;

  • cancel the Order and return the relevant BC; or

  • take another reasonable step to complete or resolve the Order.

16.6 Delivery Delays

Delivery may be delayed by circumstances including:

  • Steam downtime, maintenance, trade holds, trade bans, or cooldowns;

  • Steam Guard, authentication, or Trade Protection requirements;

  • Supplier inventory changes;

  • payment or fraud reviews;

  • unusually high demand;

  • system or network failures;

  • security incidents;

  • legal or sanctions checks; or

  • other events outside our reasonable control.

If delivery cannot be completed within 14 calendar days, you may contact support and request either:

  • that the Order remain pending; or

  • cancellation of the affected Order and return of the relevant BC.

If delivery becomes permanently impossible, we may cancel the Order and automatically return the BC paid for the affected Digital Item.

17. Steam Trade Protection and Reversals

Steam may apply protection, holds, restrictions, or reversal functionality to certain trades or Digital Items.

If a completed transfer is subsequently reversed, cancelled, or otherwise undone through Steam, we may review:

  • Steam transaction records;

  • Account activity;

  • the Order record;

  • information received from the Supplier;

  • the reason for the reversal; and

  • any related fraud or security indicators.

Once the reversal is confirmed, the BC paid for the affected Digital Item will be automatically credited back to your Balance.

A card refund will not normally be issued for a reversed Digital Item because the Order was paid for using BC.

We may temporarily restrict the relevant Account, Balance, or pending Orders where reasonably necessary to investigate:

  • suspected fraud;

  • misuse of Steam’s reversal systems;

  • Account compromise;

  • duplicate compensation;

  • chargeback activity; or

  • an attempt to retain both the Digital Item and the returned BC.

You are not entitled to receive or retain both the Digital Item or a restored equivalent and the BC returned in connection with its reversal.

If duplicate or incorrect compensation occurs, we may correct your Balance or recover the corresponding amount to the extent permitted by law.

18. Cancellation, Refunds, and Withdrawal Rights

Detailed refund rules are set out in our Refund Info: https://www.bravopoint.gg/en/refund-info.

Payment and delivery information is available at https://www.bravopoint.gg/en/payment-delivery.

18.1 Cancellation Before Delivery Begins

You may request cancellation before delivery begins. Delivery begins when the relevant Steam Trade Offer is initiated.

If an Order is cancelled before delivery begins, the BC deducted for that Order will ordinarily be returned to your Balance.

18.2 Immediate Supply of Digital Content

Where required by applicable law, before delivery begins you will be asked to:

  • expressly consent to the immediate supply of the Digital Item; and

  • acknowledge that your statutory right to cancel may be lost once supply begins.

The relevant consent and acknowledgement may be obtained through a checkbox or similar affirmative action during checkout.

Your right to cancel is lost only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

18.3 After Delivery Begins

Once delivery has begun, an Order cannot generally be cancelled merely because:

  • you changed your mind;

  • you selected the wrong Digital Item;

  • the external value of the Digital Item changed;

  • you no longer want the Digital Item; or

  • you failed to review the listing before confirming the Order.

This does not exclude rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

18.4 After Completed Delivery

Once you have accepted the Steam Trade Offer and delivery has been completed, the Order is generally final.

A refund or other remedy may still be available where:

  • the wrong Digital Item was delivered;

  • the item materially differed from its description;

  • the Order was duplicated due to our error;

  • the item was not delivered;

  • a technical failure for which we are responsible prevented completion;

  • the Order was cancelled by us;

  • the Digital Item became unavailable; or

  • a remedy is required by mandatory consumer law.

18.5 Method of Refund

Because Digital Items are purchased using BC, an approved refund relating to an Order will ordinarily be credited to your Balance in BC.

A refund to the original Payment Method may be available for:

  • a duplicate card charge;

  • an incorrect Top-up charge;

  • an unauthorised payment confirmed through our review;

  • cancellation of a Top-up before BC are credited;

  • a wholly unused Top-up where permitted by our Refund Info; or

  • another situation where a card refund is required by law.

Partially used Top-ups are not normally refundable to a Payment Method, except where required by applicable law.

18.6 Mistaken or Duplicated Delivery

If a refund is approved after a Digital Item was delivered incorrectly or more than once, you must reasonably cooperate with us in returning the affected item through Steam before receiving duplicate compensation.

19. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

You should contact helpme@bravopoint.gg before initiating a payment dispute where it is reasonable to do so, so that we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue.

Nothing in these Terms prevents you from exercising a right to contact your bank, card issuer, regulator, or other competent authority.

If a payment dispute, reversal, or chargeback is initiated, we may:

  • temporarily restrict the relevant Account;

  • suspend pending Orders;

  • restrict use of disputed BC;

  • preserve relevant records;

  • provide transaction, Account, and delivery evidence to the Payment Processor or card issuer;

  • correct BC connected with a reversed payment; and

  • investigate suspected fraud or abuse.

If a Top-up is reversed after the related BC have been used, your Balance may become negative or the corresponding value may become payable, subject to applicable law.

Fraudulent, deceptive, or repeated abusive chargeback activity may result in permanent Account termination.

20. Promotions and Promotional BC

We may offer promotional codes, discounted Top-ups, bonus BC, referral rewards, limited-time offers, or other promotional benefits.

Promotions may be subject to separate conditions, including:

  • eligibility and geographical requirements;

  • expiry dates;

  • minimum purchase amounts;

  • one-use limitations;

  • Account verification requirements; and

  • restrictions on combining offers.

Promotional BC may be subject to conditions different from purchased BC, provided those conditions are disclosed before the promotion is accepted.

We may withhold, cancel, or reverse a promotional benefit obtained through fraud, multiple Accounts, manipulation, technical exploitation, or breach of the applicable promotion terms.

21. Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

  • use the Platform for fraud, deception, money laundering, or unlawful activity;

  • provide false identity, address, age, payment, or Account information;

  • create or control multiple Accounts without authorisation;

  • use another person’s Account or allow another person to control yours;

  • use an unauthorised, stolen, or fraudulently obtained Payment Method;

  • abuse refunds, payment disputes, chargebacks, promotions, bonuses, pricing, or technical errors;

  • attempt to manipulate your Balance or BC;

  • attempt to obtain both a Digital Item and a refund or BC credit for the same Order;

  • misuse Steam Trade Protection or reversal functionality;

  • provide a Steam Trade Link belonging to another person without proper authorisation;

  • use bots, scripts, crawlers, automated tools, or unauthorised software;

  • scrape, harvest, download, or systematically extract Platform data;

  • bypass rate limits, access controls, payment controls, geographic controls, or security systems;

  • exploit vulnerabilities, bugs, pricing errors, or unintended functionality;

  • interfere with the Platform, Supplier systems, Steam, or related infrastructure;

  • upload or distribute malware or harmful code;

  • impersonate the Company, Supplier, another user, or a third party;

  • infringe intellectual property, privacy, contractual, or other third-party rights;

  • reverse engineer or attempt to derive the source code of the Platform;

  • use Platform content or data to train, develop, test, or improve an artificial intelligence or machine-learning system without prior written permission;

  • resell, transfer, or commercially exploit access to the Platform;

  • circumvent an Account suspension or termination; or

  • assist another person in engaging in prohibited conduct.

22. Monitoring, Security, and Enforcement

We may use reasonable automated and manual measures to:

  • secure the Platform;

  • detect Account compromise;

  • identify fraud and abuse;

  • review transactions;

  • enforce these Terms;

  • comply with legal requirements; and

  • protect users, the Company, the Supplier, Payment Processors, and third parties.

Where we reasonably believe a violation has occurred, we may:

  • request additional verification;

  • delay or cancel a transaction;

  • restrict payment functionality;

  • freeze affected BC during an investigation;

  • cancel pending Orders;

  • suspend or terminate an Account;

  • correct an affected Balance;

  • preserve relevant evidence;

  • report suspected unlawful conduct to competent authorities; or

  • take other proportionate action.

Our processing of personal data for these purposes is described in our Privacy Policy.

23. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its original content, including its software, source code, databases, interfaces, website design, graphics, text, branding, logos, content arrangement, and proprietary functionality, are owned by or licensed to the Company and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for its intended purpose.

You may not, without prior written permission:

  • reproduce or distribute Platform content;

  • modify or create derivative works from Platform content;

  • copy the Platform’s design or functionality;

  • extract or reuse a substantial part of a database;

  • use the Platform’s branding;

  • remove proprietary notices;

  • commercially exploit Platform content; or

  • grant access to another person as a commercial service.

No ownership rights in the Platform are transferred to you.

24. Rights in Digital Items

Purchasing a Digital Item does not transfer ownership of the underlying game, game software, artwork, trademarks, character designs, item designs, or other intellectual property belonging to the relevant publisher or rights holder.

Your possession and use of a Digital Item remain subject to:

  • Steam rules;

  • the relevant game’s terms;

  • technical restrictions;

  • Account status;

  • publisher decisions; and

  • applicable law.

We do not control whether a game publisher or platform operator later changes, restricts, removes, or otherwise affects:

  • a Digital Item;

  • trading functionality;

  • game access;

  • item rarity or characteristics; or

  • rules governing the item’s use or transfer.

Nothing in these Terms grants you intellectual property rights in a Digital Item beyond the rights made available through the relevant game and Steam systems.

25. Digital Item Risks

Digital Items are acquired for entertainment and in-game use.

Digital Items:

  • are not investments, securities, or financial instruments;

  • do not have a guaranteed monetary value;

  • may increase or decrease in external value;

  • may become illiquid or non-transferable;

  • may be affected by game updates or Steam restrictions; and

  • may cease to function or be available due to decisions outside our control.

We do not provide investment, financial, tax, or trading advice.

You must not purchase a Digital Item based on an expectation of profit, appreciation, resale availability, or continued external value.

26. Third-Party Services

The Platform depends on third-party systems, including Steam, game publishers, the Supplier, Payment Processors, banks, card networks, hosting providers, security providers, and communications providers.

Third-party systems are governed by their own terms and policies.

We do not control and are not responsible for independent third-party decisions, including:

  • Steam Account restrictions, trade bans, trade holds, maintenance, or Trade Protection;

  • game changes;

  • payment declines;

  • banking delays; or

  • third-party service interruptions.

We will use reasonable efforts to provide the contracted services despite third-party disruption, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability of systems we do not control.

27. Platform Availability and Changes

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Platform where reasonably necessary for:

  • maintenance, security, or technical improvements;

  • legal compliance or fraud prevention;

  • changes to Supplier or Payment Processor arrangements;

  • changes to Steam;

  • commercial reasons; or

  • events outside our control.

We do not guarantee that every Digital Item, game category, Payment Method, feature, or service will remain available permanently.

Where a change materially affects an accepted Order or paid Balance, we will handle the affected transaction in accordance with these Terms, our Refund Info, and applicable law.

28. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee that:

  • the Platform will always be available or error-free;

  • every Digital Item will remain available;

  • delivery will be instantaneous;

  • Steam or game systems will operate without interruption;

  • every technical error can be corrected immediately;

  • Digital Items will retain any particular external value;

  • a Digital Item can later be sold or transferred;

  • a game publisher will continue supporting a particular game or item; or

  • third-party information will always be complete or current.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any guarantee, term, condition, right, or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights relating to Digital Items that do not conform to their description or applicable legal requirements.

29. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for:

  • death or personal injury caused by negligence;

  • fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;

  • deliberate misconduct where liability cannot be excluded; or

  • violation of mandatory consumer rights.

Subject to the preceding paragraph and to the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company will not be liable for:

  • indirect or consequential loss;

  • loss of profit, anticipated savings, business opportunity, or goodwill;

  • loss caused by changes in the external value of a Digital Item;

  • loss caused by Steam Account restrictions;

  • loss resulting from an incorrect Steam Trade Link supplied by you;

  • loss caused by your failure to secure an Account or Steam Account;

  • loss resulting from unauthorised use of your Account that was not caused by us; or

  • loss arising from a third-party system outside our reasonable control.

For claims directly arising from a particular Order, our aggregate liability will not exceed the amount of BC paid for that Order or, where a monetary remedy is legally required, the amount paid to acquire those BC.

For other claims arising during a 12-month period, our aggregate liability will not exceed the total amount paid by you to the Company during the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These limitations apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

30. User Responsibility for Losses

You are responsible for losses reasonably incurred by the Company as a direct result of your:

  • fraud;

  • intentional misuse of the Platform;

  • unauthorised payment activity;

  • deliberate violation of these Terms;

  • infringement of third-party rights; or

  • unlawful conduct.

Where legally permitted, you agree to compensate the Company for third-party claims, reasonable costs, and direct losses caused by such conduct.

This section does not require a consumer to compensate the Company for losses caused by the Company, losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, or liabilities that cannot lawfully be imposed on the consumer.

31. Suspension and Termination

31.1 Suspension by the Company

We may temporarily suspend or restrict an Account where reasonably necessary to:

  • investigate fraud or abuse;

  • protect Account security;

  • review a chargeback or reversed payment;

  • comply with law or a regulatory request;

  • enforce these Terms;

  • prevent harm to the Company, Supplier, users, or third parties; or

  • resolve a technical or Balance discrepancy.

During suspension, you may be unable to access certain Platform functions, submit Orders, use BC, add funds, receive delivery, or withdraw a pending cancellation request.

31.2 Termination by the Company

We may terminate an Account where:

  • you materially or repeatedly violate these Terms;

  • you engage in fraud or unlawful conduct;

  • you create or control unauthorised multiple Accounts;

  • you abuse payment disputes or Steam reversals;

  • your continued use creates a material legal or security risk;

  • we are required to do so by law; or

  • providing the services to you is no longer reasonably possible.

Where appropriate and legally permitted, we may give notice and an opportunity to correct the violation. Immediate termination may occur in serious fraud, security, sanctions, or unlawful activity cases.

31.3 Account Closure by the User

You may request closure of your Account by contacting helpme@bravopoint.gg.

Before closing the Account, we may require:

  • identity verification;

  • completion or cancellation of pending Orders;

  • resolution of payment disputes;

  • resolution of a negative Balance; or

  • completion of a security investigation.

Unused BC are not automatically redeemable for cash solely because an Account is closed. Any eligible refund will be handled in accordance with our Refund Info and mandatory law.

31.4 Effect of Termination

Following termination:

  • your right to use the Platform ends;

  • pending Orders may be completed, cancelled, or refunded in BC;

  • disputed BC may remain restricted during an investigation;

  • incorrect BC may be removed;

  • records may be retained where required for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, dispute, or security purposes; and

  • provisions intended to survive termination will remain effective.

Termination does not remove rights or obligations that arose before termination.

32. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal data are described in our Privacy Policy: https://www.bravopoint.gg/en/privacy-policy.

The Privacy Policy explains what personal data we process, why we process it, the legal bases relied upon, how data may be shared, how long data may be retained, and the rights available to users.

33. Electronic Communications

By creating an Account, you agree that we may send service-related communications electronically, including:

  • email verification messages;

  • payment confirmations;

  • security alerts;

  • Order updates;

  • delivery instructions;

  • policy and Account notices; and

  • support communications.

You are responsible for maintaining a valid email address and reviewing communications sent to it.

Service-related communications are not promotional marketing and may be necessary to operate your Account or complete a transaction.

34. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect:

  • changes in law or regulatory requirements;

  • security needs;

  • changes to Steam, the Supplier, or Payment Processors;

  • new Platform features;

  • changes to BC functionality;

  • operational changes; or

  • commercial requirements.

The updated Terms will state a revised effective date. Where changes are material, we may provide additional notice through the Platform, by email, or by another reasonable method.

Changes will ordinarily apply prospectively from their effective date. An Order accepted before the effective date will generally remain subject to the version applicable when that Order was accepted, unless a change is required by law or is necessary to protect users or Platform security.

By continuing to use the Platform after updated Terms take effect, you agree to the updated Terms where such acceptance is valid under applicable law.

If you do not agree with an update, you must stop using the Platform and may request Account closure.

35. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for a delay or failure caused by an event beyond our reasonable control, including:

  • internet, telecommunications, payment network, banking, or power failure;

  • cyberattack or security incident;

  • Steam failure, maintenance, or publisher action;

  • Supplier interruption;

  • natural disaster, fire, flood, epidemic, or pandemic;

  • war, terrorism, civil disorder, sanctions, or government action;

  • labour dispute; or

  • failure of critical third-party infrastructure.

We will take reasonable steps to limit the effect of such an event and resume affected services where practicable.

This section does not remove any mandatory right you may have if an Order cannot be completed.

36. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any non-contractual obligations arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction over disputes, subject to any mandatory right of a consumer to bring proceedings in the courts of their country of residence.

Before commencing formal proceedings, you are encouraged to contact helpme@bravopoint.gg and provide:

  • your Account email;

  • Order or transaction reference;

  • a description of the issue;

  • relevant evidence; and

  • the remedy requested.

We will attempt to review and resolve the dispute within a reasonable period.

Nothing in these Terms limits your right to contact a consumer protection authority, regulator, card issuer, court, or other competent body.

37. Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your Account, Balance, BC, or rights under these Terms without our prior written consent.

We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms in connection with a corporate restructuring, merger, acquisition, sale of assets, transfer of the Platform, change of service provider, or another legitimate business transaction.

Any transfer will not reduce mandatory consumer rights.

38. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.

If modification is not possible, the affected provision will be treated as removed. The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

39. No Waiver

If we do not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, this does not mean that we waive the right to enforce it later.

A waiver is effective only if expressly confirmed in writing by the Company.

40. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the following policies, govern your use of the Platform and transactions made through it:

Any additional terms expressly presented and accepted in connection with a promotion or particular service will also apply to that promotion or service.

These Terms, the Refund Info, Payment & Delivery rules, and any applicable additional conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company concerning the relevant subject matter.

They supersede prior representations, understandings, and communications relating to the same subject matter, whether written or oral.

Nothing in this section excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any statement or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
